"Usual excellent service including a rapid by-return size change from JTS. The gloves themselves are comfy, tough and flexible. Warm enough for 25 miles at 6C getting to work this week. The Level 2 grade doesn't feel heavy or cumbersome to me. Very similar to my old Weiss WSG-2."

"I received a defective pair of these gloves, but Sam from JTS was really supportive in arranging a warranty exchange. The new replacement gloves were quickly delivered and they are perfect, so I think I got a rogue pair originally. 10/10 to JTS for their response and equal thanks to Oxford for their support and understanding in resolving this issue. "
