Do you have a shop?

Yes, we do and we’d be happy to see you! We’re centrally located, at Coalville in Leicestershire and open 6 days a week. Please see our directions page for info on how to find us. Or google us on google maps, you can walk inside the shop and take a look around!

If I buy something in your shop can you post it to me (or post my old clothing to me) because I’m on my bike and don’t have any luggage space?

Yes, of course. We understand that many of our customers arrive on their bikes for a browse and end up making purchases. We can post your items back you or look after them for a few days until you’re able to return by car and collect them.

I’m buying something as a present – if it’s not right can I get a refund?

Yes, you can have an exchange or refund, whichever you or the recipient of your present would prefer. Please see our returns & exchanges page for details.

I’ve ordered the wrong size – Can I exchange my item?

I’ve ordered an item in my usual size but it doesn’t fit me as I expected  – can you send me another size free of charge?

For most locations in the UK, you'll receive a free returns label if your order exceeds £50. The quickest and easiest way to get a different size is to re-order through our website and send the original item back for a refund.

I’m new to biking – can you help me to find the right kit?

Yes we can. Our friendly team will happy to explain the types of products we have on offer and help you find the best gear for your needs.
