Do you have a shop?
Yes, we do and we’d be happy to see you! We’re centrally located, at Coalville in Leicestershire and open 7 days a week. Please see our directions page for info on how to find us. Or google us on google maps, you can walk inside the shop and take a look around!
If I buy something in your shop can you post it to me (or post my old clothing to me) because I’m on my bike and don’t have any luggage space?
Yes, of course. We understand that many of our customers arrive on their bikes for a browse and end up making purchases. We can post your items back you or look after them for a few days until you’re able to return by car and collect them.
I’m buying something as a present – if it’s not right can I get a refund?
Yes, you can have an exchange or refund, whichever you or the recipient of your present would prefer. Please see our returns & exchanges page for details.
I’ve ordered the wrong size – Can I exchange my item?
I’ve ordered an item in my usual size but it doesn’t fit me as I expected – can you send me another size free of charge?
We’re happy to exchange any item that doesn’t fit you well. Were sorry if something is smaller or larger than you expected based on other brands or designs, however clothing measurements can never be exact and in some cases there may be variations. In this case you must follow the normal exchanges or returns procedure, which we trust you’ll find hassle-free.
I’m new to biking – can you help me to find the right kit?
Yes we can. Our friendly team will happy to explain the types of products we have on offer and help you find the best gear for your needs.
Does your website show live stocks and if I order something that’s not in stock how long will it take to arrive?
Our website doesn’t show live stock. However, every effort is made to ensure that all of the products listed are current with our suppliers. We hold substantial stock levels but if you do order something that we need to get in for you then the lead time is usually very short. We’re able to supply most brands in just a few days and Held items within a 5-7 days. Should there be any delay or discontinuation we will advise you straight away.
