Delivery
- Next Day Delivery £6.99 – Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 3pm and will be despatched same day and delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
- Saturday Delivery & Specific Day Delivery £6.99 – Orders placed on a Friday for Saturday delivery must be placed before 3pm. Orders placed for a Monday Specific Day delivery will be despatched on Friday.
- Standard 2-3 day delivery £4.99 – Applies to orders under £50
Public and Bank Holidays are not considered working days for delivery.
We use DPD as our courier who deliver up to 6pm. You will be provided with a 1 hour delivery time slot via Email or SMS when your order is out for delivery. We recommend downloading the DPD app to track your delivery as well as to leave instructions if you’re not going to be in.
**Please note at peak and busy times DPD may deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
Non UK Mainland Delivery
Free delivery is not available to certain postcode areas, including the following:
AB 31-38, AB 40-56, IV 1-28, IV 30-32, IV 36, IV 40-49, IV 51-56, KW 1-14, KW 15-17, PA 20-38, PA 41-49, PA 60-78, PH 4-44, PH 49, PH 50, BT (ALL), HS (ALL), ZE (ALL), CHANNEL ISLES, ISLE OF WIGHT, ISLE OF MAN, NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.
Prices to these locations are calculated and shown on the checkout page once an address has been inputted.
EU & Overseas Delivery
All deliveries outside the UK are subject to import duties which will need to be paid before receiving your order. You will be notified of the charges once your parcel arrives in your destination country.
Please note, import duties are not paid to us and therefore cannot be refunded by us. If you fail to accept the parcel or pay the required fees, resulting in its return to us, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the delivery fee and any customs charges we incur.
Delivery charges are calculated and shown on the checkout page once an address has been inputted.
Exchanges
An exchange can be processed if no additional payment is needed and applies to UK Mainland orders over £50 only.
Just note the item you’d like to exchange to on the returns form and include this in with your return. Please use the free returns label provided to send the goods back. Exchanges will be handled within 2-3 working days.
Returns
How to Return
At JTS Biker Clothing we hope that you love the products you order from us. In the event that you have an issue with your item(s) or find them unsuitable, we are committed to making it right for you. Free returns labels will be included in all UK mainland orders over £50.
STEP 1
Complete the returns form provided with your order. If you require a different item please see above exchange information. All orders are sent with a returns form, if you cannot find it please let us know, and we can provide a new one.
STEP 2
Please package the item(s) securely and include the completed returns form, without this your return may take longer to process. Attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel removing or covering any old shipping labels.
STEP 3
Drop the parcel off at the Post Office. Make sure to keep the receipt as proof of postage if there are any issues with delivery of your parcel. The receipt will also contain a tracking number for you track the parcel on its way to us.
Once the return is received and is processed you will be notified by email. We aim to process returns & refunds within 2–3 working days and no longer than 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Terms & Conditions
- All returns for a refund must be returned within 30 days.
- All returned items must be unused, in a saleable condition with the original tags attached.
- Helmets and boots must be returned in their original boxes. Please do not write on, or apply any parcel tape/labels to any garment boxes other than the original brown packaging box the item(s) were delivered in.
- Helmets must NOT have been worn on the road and must remain in original condition. They should be returned with the original box, manual, helmet bag, all included accessories, and the visor sticker still attached. The Pinlock must NOT be fitted unless factory-fitted.
- If your return parcel has not been received by us, we must be notified within 30 days of posting. Failure to do so, could result in non-refund of goods.
- Returns are free of charge for UK mainland customers on orders over £50. For any orders outside UK mainland, the return postage is your responsibility.
- Goods returned not using our free return labels are done so at your own expense and risk. We recommend using a tracked recorded delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for lost packages.
- If a refund has been requested we will refund you the price of the goods, we will not refund the delivery charges paid.

Faulty / Incorrect Items
Faulty or incorrect items must not be used and should be reported immediately by phone (01530 812121) or by email (info@jtsbikerclothing.com).
If you have received an item you believe to be faulty (arrived with a fault) or incorrect please return it with all the labels attached for inspection. Please write on the returns form the issue and include this is with the return. We are happy to provide a free returns label for you to do so.
If we agree the item is faulty we will offer you a repair, replacement or a full refund.
Warranty Returns & Exclusions
We reserve the right to inspect all items. If the fault is not obvious, it may need to be sent back to the supplier/manufacturer for testing. Please note that this can sometimes take up to 2 weeks.
If the item is found to be faulty it will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
In the event a garment having been involved in an incident, or having suffered any kind of damage or misuse, or being altered in any way since its purchase, then its warranty may be void.
