Returns will be accepted back for purchases bought from the 1st November and can be returned up to the 15th January.
FREE UK DELIVERY (Mainland UK)*
All orders over the value of £50.00, to qualifying areas of the Mainland UK, can be dispatched FREE of charge when selecting our 2-3 day service. We can automatically arrange delivery to your billing address or to a different address of your choice, if you specify one during the checkout process. We also have a next day delivery service available for £6.99 but please note that orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or any time over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday at the earliest. Delivery is usually before 6pm of the next working day after dispatch. Orders being delivered to qualifying areas of the UK mainland, totalling more than £300 automatically upgrade to FREE next day delivery. Saturday delivery is also available for £6.99 and a specific day option is also available for £6.99. Please note, in the instance of Public Holidays and Bank Holidays, these are not counted as ‘working days’ for the purposes of calculating next working day delivery.
FREE UK EXCHANGES (Mainland UK)*
If you provide a mobile telephone number at checkout, our courier will usually send you an SMS (text message) on the day of the delivery to advise you of approximately when they expect to arrive. Please note that all times are estimates. All deliveries require a signature.
An exchange can be processed if no additional payment is required (only applies to UK Mainland* please see below for postcodes excluded for free delivery and returns).
Please write on the returns form what item is required for an exchange, and this will be processed within 2-3 days.
FREE UK RETURNS (Mainland UK)*
To return an item for refund, please include the returns form provided and then use the free postage return label and drop this off at your local Post Office. We will endeavour to process your return within 2-3 working days and no longer than 7 working days. Once the return is received, you will be notified by email. Please note there is a £50 minimum spend to qualify for a free returns label.
Items to be returned for a refund, must be received by us within 30 days.
Any items you wish to return must be unused and in saleable condition with tags attached. Helmets and boots must be in their original boxes (please do not write on, or apply parcel tape/labels to any garment boxes other than the original brown packaging box your items were delivered in).
Please don’t forget: with any item you are returning, you must enclose a completed return form.
If your return parcel has not been recieved by us, we must be notified within 30 days of posting. Failure to do so, could result in non-refund of goods if parcel is not recieved.
If your order doesn't qualify for free returns, we recommend returning your item via your local Post Office or courier. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty.

Reasonable prices to cover the cost of delivery to these areas will be charged. These prices are shown in the checkout page once you have inputted your delivery address.
NON-UK DELIVERIES, OVERSEAS
All deliveries outside the UK are subject to import duty which will need to paid before receiving your order. You will receive a notification of this once your parcel has arrived in your designated country. Import duties are not paid to us and we are therefore unable to provide refunds for these. In the event you fail to accept the parcel and it is returned to us due to your non-acceptance or non-payment of import duty/fees, you will be refunded for the cost of the product LESS the delivery charge and any charges incurred by us from the relevant customs authority.
RETURNS
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive the product to cancel your purchase by returning the item. However, we have an extended 30-Day Return Policy, meaning you can return most items up to 30 days from receipt, the Held brand and ALL helmets must be returned within 30 days. Returned items must be unused, in saleable condition with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. Helmets and boots must be in their original boxes with no literature/stickers or visor stickers removed (please do not write on, or apply parcel tape to any boxes). Please ensure tracking details are followed and goods have been received by us. All items be must be returned to us within 30 days as any items received after this time will have to be returned to you.
Please note that you will be provided with a free return label to send any unwanted items back to us. Use the free return label provided and drop this off at your local Post Office and this would be sent back to us for processing. We will endeavour to process your refund within 2-3 working days and no longer than 7 working days. Once the return is received here, we would then process this for a refund. Please note there is a £50 minimum spend for this service, and excludes any postage paid. Once your returned items have been received back at JTS We will endeavour to process your refund within 2-3 working days and no longer than 7 working days. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received an item that you believe is faulty (arrived with a fault) or we have sent the wrong item, please return it with all labels still attached and we will inspect the item. In the event that an item is faulty on arrival then it is not to be used and reported to us immediately. If we agree the item is faulty we will offer you a repair, a replacement or a full refund. If we agree the item is faulty we will also refund the cost of the return postage (up to the value of £10.00, provided you able to send us proof of posting). Alternatively, we can supply a return label to UK mainland customers. Please contact us if you have any queries.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Please note that we reserve the right to inspect all items, in the event a garment having been involved in an incident, or having suffered any kind of damage or misuse, or being altered in any way since its purchase, then its warranty may be void.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Occasionally we may have Items listed on our website that are out of stock. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, you will be notified (via email or a phone call) within 24 hours of the next working day and given the option of an alternative product, to wait for the product to come into stock or to be given a full refund of that item.
DELIVERY TIMES & QUERIES
Deliveries may arrive at any time up to 6pm of the day they are due. If you are expecting a delivery please, allow this time for the courier to arrive. If this time has passed and you did not receive your parcel on the day it was due, please contact us and we will track it for you.
