"The jeans themselves are good quality, I’ll just echo what others have said my wishing they were higher at the back. Also I went for the regular leg (mine is 32” and I’m 5” 7”) and they were too long by a good 2 inches, even with boots on they drag on the floor. I’m also going to say despite the knee pads being adjustable, they still sit a bit too low. I guess I should have sent them back for the shorter ones so that’s my fault. Just be aware of the length you order. Other than that, the fabric is good quality and has a good amount of stretch in it"

"These were pretty much as described but for a size 22 I found them too short in the crutch and would need a very tight belt to stay up. For a slim woman they would be perfect but for the larger sizes I would recommend a deeper zip and higher waist. I haven't yet decided whether to return them; I live in hope.........!"

"Trousers fit fine, although a bit to big but would rather that than to small. I really should have got short leg though, they are very long but this doesn’t affect anything. I can move in them so much easier than previous bike trousers I have had. Not water proof though. "

"Great service & exceptional price. Have struggled to find a pair of motorcycle jeans that actually fit! These are a good fit, nice & stretchy, and long enough in the leg (I have a 32” inside leg). Only negative is they are quite low in the back, but with a belt & wearing a cami bodysuit to keep back warm, they are perfect!"

"These were lovely thick and well made trousers. Unfortunately, for me, they were not very comfortable. I found that the armour could not be adjusted to a position that suited me - probably my fault having short fat legs!!!!! I've had to return them unfortunately. "

"Sizing was excellent and matched the guide correctly. Nice lightweight material with easy movement for all day comfort. Includes knee protection. I bought hip protectors and put them in too. Got caught in a light shower and the rain just brushed off. Really pleased with my purchase. Would buy again. "

"Great jeans with lots of stitching detail but the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the sizing is way out. I am usually a size 16 but ordered an 18 because I have gained a fair few covid kilos. They were massive! JTS swiftly exchanged them for a size 16 which is still a loose fit on me but I decided to keep as I can easily alter the waist. The length is way too long (even with bent legs on the bike) despite being Regular length. I am 5' 8''. Again I can take them up. Would recommend but order a size down ...at least."

"These are absolutely fantastic. An incredibly good fit. You do extra short length which is SO good, (I’m 5 ft 2) they fit a dream (I took JTS advice & got a size down), they are really well made & protection is top, they look dead good too & are amazingly comfortable! Best jeans of any sort I’ve bought actually. Cannot recommend these enough! They’re that good I bought a second pair (the last in this size I think) Apparently JTS advised they will have more of these for the new season. So I shall certainly watch that space for a blue pair I think. I also must add that the ladies at JTS I spoke with, a number of times now about this & other orders, are really friendly, knowledgeable about their stock & just lovely. Thank you so much! "

"I give the jeans 4 stars they are a bit on the generous size but that’s a benefit if you are experiencing the dreaded ‘middle age spread‘. My biggest issue was the postage cost £21.99 to deliver to Northern Ireland- we could have got an easyJet flight cheaper. Will not order from this company again because of rip off postage."

"Black kevlar straight leg Jeans. Lovely stretchy but supportive denim and very deep seated I sometimes find ladies biker jeans are low waisted so they go down or gape at the back and I'm forever pulling them up , but not these , fit perfectly. These are the short leg though im 5ft5 they are just the right riding length and don't come up over my ankles , they are also wide enough to go over my boots which I like as don't like tucking them in but they're not flappy . They have concertina stretch panels above the knee which are comfortable when riding but seem to push the knee pads down to your shins when walking but not a problem. They come with knee pads fitted but there are pockets for hip pads as well but not supplied . Great value for money feel safe and comfy in them . "

"Great fitting jeans and true to size although I made a huge error i tried them on thinking the leg was too long so ordered shorter ones, perfect till I wore them to go on bike and realised they ride up when leg is on pedals, blonde moment so have had to order another pair in regular length. "

"Managed to order the right size based on the chart. The jeans is very light, not as weighty as a real denim usually is. Stretching, comfortable to wear. The knee armour pockets are too forward, there isn't any protection the lateral side of the knees. So I don't know how effective they are when side fell or slip. The pockets are working by velcro, move the armour up or down on the knee. I found the hip armour pocket a bit narrow and short. But it probably designed for D3O armours (I use foam one). 5 pockets just describe, typical jeans pocket. Quite roomy a tyally. Waist is high enough. I would say it isn't water-repellent, especially not when you are riding, the fabric is pressed to your skin let the water goes through. I 'll try to use spray. I like the colour, just as picture shows. The leg opening is quite fit for all of my shoes and boots, covers them nicely. "

"I needed something comfy to wear whilst riding pillion with my partner and, being completely new to being on a bike, felt a little lost trying to find something comfortable that didn’t break the bank. These certainly met my expectations! I am 5”8 and size 14 normally, but after reading the reviews I ordered a size smaller. Surprisingly, they were still baggy on the waist and so I optimistically placed a second order for the next size down - very flattered to discover that I actually fit into the size 10 comfortably but there is definitely something a bit off with the sizing here, they’re very generous as everyone has said! I usually struggle with finding the right length in jeans but the regular length was perfect. I’m also a fan of the adjustable knee armour which meant I was able to lift the protection to sit higher up and more comfortably. My only comment would be that there is, as other people have mentioned, some excess fabric to the waistband - this isn’t a huge problem as I can just wear a belt. I thought it might have just been a problem with the size I’d ordered, but having tried two different sizes I realised it was just a manufacturing thing! I would also mention that they are not as slim fitting around the ankle as I had expected, but they’re able to fit comfortably into my boots, and still look slim and stylish when tucked in. JTS delivered incredibly fast, and were very speedy and efficient in resolving an error with the courier too. Great product and excellent customer service. I look forward to testing my new jeans out on the bike very soon."

"I have now bought quite a bit from JTS some JTS own brand and some other makes. I have always received good advice so bought these for my wife via post. These are the correct length for normal sizing and as my wife is losing weight she went for a size under her normal. These actually stretch so were a a fraction tight but easily got on and will be perfect soon!. The material is much softer and a little lighter than my own JTS jeans and she states are super comfortable. They are an easy five star based on price / fit / materials and comfort. GREAT STUFF"

"Absolutely love these....always had trouble finding trousers that have protection but aren't bulky...these fit the bill...first time out in them today. Over a.120 miles done,lovely and cool..super comfy as stretchy...and the knee protection didn't put pressure on my.knees..waist is quite high..perfect so no gaps...didn't get hot at all when stationary yet still warm when riding...nice hugging fit and.very flattering I had to order two sizes down as they are very generous. Would defo recommend "

"Bought these for my girlfriend who tells me they are such a quality pair of Jean's at a very affordable price. Knee armour a bit low but that's how it is and can be taken out, job solved. All in all highly recommended for comfort but go for the size below of what you are for a good fit."

"I started of after a winter of eating too much chocolate, getting a size 14, they were way too big! Then I ordered size 12, also too big :) then got the size 10 almost Perfect! I bought two pairs! Knees were too low in all the sizes (I am sure it must be an error on the manufacturing as I am pretty average) I managed to move one set of knee protection holders up by a cm and the others are just about ok, pushed right to the top. They look and feel great."

"Great value jeans. Bought my usual size but could easily have gone down one. I will need to wear a belt, but there is nothing worse than riding with a too tight waist band, especially in that hot weather we love! Very comfortable. 5'2" so extra short is still long enough."

"Fabulous fit! BUT I'm a size 12 short those were massive so got the 10 extra short these are a perfect length a great fit still room to add padding or wear shorts. Service was great! Got a speedy refund and the new size sent promptly!! In conclusion- love the Jean's! AND Great service!"

"Nice, comfy jeans. I'm a curvy girl and these fit very well. I ordered two sizes smaller as they do come up big. Good fit on the hips and bum thanks to the stretchy fabric, gap at the back is easily pulled in with a belt. I'm happy with them overall and very happy with the service I received from the JTS team!"

"Ordered the jeans on line in my usual size and the extra short leg length. They were too big in the waist and still about 4 inches too long. I returned them to the store so i could try on some of the other jeans. It was easier than returning by post and re-ordering something else that may not be right. I tried on the size smaller in the extra short and they were perfect!! Not sure why the leg length was so different but so happy I went to the store. The staff in store were so helpful and exchanged them for me so it was hassle free. Downside for me was I ended buying a new jacket at the same time which i didn't intend on doing. So worth it though. Thanks JTS for catering for us short women!!"

"Had to go down a size .They fit really well don't need a belt . Zip is a little loose works it's way down. JTS could you revise the zip maybe. Like the fact you can adjust the knee armour to fit or remove if you're walking around for the day .Good price, well pleased."

"Really quick delivery. Followed the advice of the website and ordered my usual size. Great fit and feel really comfy. Ordered extra short because I am vertically challenged ( 5ft 1") and they were perfect with my heeled boots. The bottoms of the jeans are widen enough to get boots on underneath. Can't wait to wear them on the next ride out. Have bought items from the shop before and the service was exceptional..thank you JTS."

"I absolutely love these jeans, super comfy and durable. Size as stated is generous, but not a problem. The only downside is that the zips have a tendency to creep down (I have 2 pairs and they both have this problem). Wish they had buttons instead. Otherwise a really good product"

"True to size and very comfortable. Make sure you measure your inside leg before ordering. I always buy standard length in trousers, but after measuring, I ordered short. Now that I have them, I actually think I might have got away with extra short. Like the look and style, they are a slim style, but not too slim!"

"I love these jeans! Second pair I've bought now. Great fit, feel and look! Don't order a size up! (If anything you may want a smaller size) I'm a size 18 and these are a little roomy in the waist but fit me everywhere else so I just wear a belt with them. Finding a nice looking pair of bike jeans with a high waist and in my size has been a nightmare. I am so glad I found these!"

"Wore these on my last bike ride in the rain, really comfy, dry and warm. It felt as tho I was wearing normal jeans, however the waist is huge on them so need a belt but I think I will have to take them in too. Would defiantly recommend them, and my partner commented that they looked good!"

"Just been out for a ride in these. I am a size 20 and got the size 20 and they fitted ok, along with length, the short were spot on. My only observation was they are not as high waisted as I expected, I would say more mid waist. I would have preferred a little bit wider legs around calf area, as I do have sturdy calves. That aside there is a lot of stretch on these and they are comfortable around the knee area when riding. I would say order your normal Jean size and you should be ok. Lovely soft denim as well."

"So far so good, only worn a few times so can't comment time wise how these have faired but they are so comfortable, generous size wise. I'm a size 10 and I bought this size and they are very roomy, I don't mind as I have a belt and for colder days no doubt will put a pair of leggings under. So much easier to swing my leg over ;)"

"Fantastic looking and comfortable jeans... once i had found my right size which in normal jeans I'm a 10/12 so order a 12 regular leg. These were very baggy and a lot of room round the waist and the leg length was more like a 33inch... so after emailing and reordering with a size 8 short leg these now fit me like my normal size jeans... I could probably get away with a size 6 but my size 8 will be perfect and I can still wear my thermals underneath for winter... great job JTS"

"Ordered these after reading previous reviews, and within 24 hours they had got back to me to say the colour I had ordered was not available, so I rang them, really nice lady, they had every other colour so I choose a different one, also discussed sizing and they arrived 2 days later ( bank holiday weekend slowed the post). The jeans arrived, well what a lovely fit. Comfortable and I would definitely buy again, comfy on bike and they don't feel so stiff and heavy like some I'd tried. "I wear a regular size 10 normally and these fit well in a 10 s . The only downside is that the waist is not cut really for a female shape. I use a belt but will likely alter the waist as too much has to be pulled in for me. The legs fit well and the general shape of the jean is very flattering. They are not as heavy as other jeans I have worn which is a plus for me. I have rode nearly 400 miles wearing them and they were very comfortable, they allow plenty of movement whilst still maintaining shape and feel comfy over long periods of time."

"I am a female usually a UK size 14 in trousers but these jeans have great stretch and pretty generous through the waist so I had to exchange for a size 12 which fit great. I also usually go for a long trouser being 5'7 but these are really long so the regular is plenty long enough. Really comfy to ride in. Great jeans would definitely recommend."

"I like that they are high waisted. I like the pattern on the knees. Unlike most of the reviews I think the fit is poor I am a size 12 but had to exchange for a size 8. I also thought from the images they would be tighter at the ankle but they are baggy. Fit for purpose but not for style I was a little disappointed."

"I would recommend these jeans. Other ladies brand jeans that i have tried on were way way too baggy. I am a small size 10 in normal jeans but the size 8 were generous enough. I am petite and was wondering to go for the extra short or short, glad i chose the former as they are quite generous in length depending on how high up you wear them. i think the thing i was most impressed with was the customer service, my query was answered very quickly and great delivery. Would recommend JTS."

"I have only worn these jeans once having bought them recently but here's what I think - size is true so order what you would normally wear in any shop, length is good - I ordered long originally and had to swap for regular length ( I am 5'9"). They do give a bit when you've worn them and the waist is not as high as I would like but that's just my personal preference. They fit nice and the legs are fairly straight so they are more flattering than others I have tried on. Overall quite pleased with them."

"Just got these jeans. I had thought the extra short would have had appx 27 inches inside leg. But no these were just over 30 inches. So slightly more than 3 inches to cut off the legs, back pockets and knee protectors in the wrong place (nothing new to us vertically challenged then). Hence the 4 stars, it would have 5 if extra short was extra short. But they feel comfortable and allow normal movement. Loving the stretch. I think I will be using these far more than my fabric touring trousers or my leather jeans."

"I am a sport motorbike driver in France (driving on the road a ZX10R Ninja), and was looking for a Kevlar jean, so I selected and ordered this one. I got it yesterday, and try it : I have taken my size, and it is a little bit too high, but as I often wear something below my pants, it will be perfect. I could adapt the height of the protectot knee, and it is fine. So, just need now to ride, when the weather will be better ! About the delivery for some others countries (other than UK) : if I can recommand to use another provider for the delivery than Chronopost International (partner of DPD) : with Chronopost, I got my jean with a delay of 24 hours, and I paid more to get it at home. I stayed at home and waited the delivery... the guy did not come, and let it at the post office, 7 km far away from my home....and if I want to complain to Chronopost, I have no choice than writing a letter... instead of email, or a call... too long process which dissuades."

"Excellent service from JTS. I ordered a bigger size than I am to be comfortable but they were too big so I swapped them for a smaller size and short as the regular ones were too long (I am 5'6). Swap was very quick and the new pair is brilliant, fits like a glove and I don't feel like an umpa Lumpa! I strongly recommend this site and the jeans!"

"It is rare a write a review but this time I have to! The Kevlar Jeans are amazing. I am a 16, I bought a 16 and they fit perfectly. I am a biker and have to be comfortable whilst riding and I have to say these are the most comfortable bike trousers with armour I have ever owned. I bought black am planning on another purchase in the blue, a girl can't have too many biker jeans ya know!!!"

" Good stretch, very comfortable. I actually had to get a size down from my usual because of the stretch. I've got the ones with rather odd arrangement for knee protectors, hopefully this has been improved, hence 4 stars. Pretty cool for summer riding. I'm 5'7" and the regular length is fine. Would recommend."

"Great fit and plenty of stretch. The down side is the Velcro in the knee pocket is irritating and sharp. I have had to unpick and remove most of it just to wear them. Also the knee pads need a soft padded bit inside as after 30+ minutes of riding they feel like I'm kneeling on a brick. I've tried altering the position a number of times but I still have the same problem. "

The Knee protectors are a standard CE approved protector but we do highly recommend the D30 knee protectors in Kevlar Jeans as these are light and soft."

"Just tried these jeans on and they are perfect. True to size, I am a 12 to 14 in Next jeans, ordered these in a 14 as wanted a bit of room and they are spot on! So happy had tried on so many others and was really disappointed as the sizing was always way out and the waist was so low. As for the price I think I've got a real bargain would have thought they would have been a lot more, can't wait to get out on the bike and show them off!!!"

"After searching everywhere for a great fitting pair of kevlar jeans with straight legs to wear inside my boots, I was so happy to find these. They are true to your normal size & really comfortable even with the knee pads in. You can easily alter the knee pad position too. They look good on, in or out of boots, feel like top quality & are much cheaper than other brands I've tried. Thanks JTS."

"Hello I just wanted to say how delighted I am with the jeans that I have just received. They are a perfect fit, and it was so helpful using your web site, which recommended that I order the normal high street size - brilliant. I ordered these from you after a very demoralizing shopping trip for a jacket last week. I tried on so many different label sizes in the specialist biker wear shops, with little help or advice about the sizing, and finally ended up with one that was labelled 5XL (XXXXXL) - I am a size 20. Needless to say I have cut the label out! In future I will shop with you! Thank you for your excellent service!"
