"Normally I wouldn't leave a review. However, JTS and quality of goods, make this review a pleasure to leave. I ordered the JTS Titan jacket at 14.45 hours on Friday 19th March. My jacket arrived Saturday morning. From order to delivery was completed in just 15 HOURS. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I have previously spoken to Karen but on this occasion, Lisa dealt with my order. Both Karen & Lisa are very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. Upon lifting the parcel up, I noticed the weight of this jacket. I took the jacket from the box & immediately the quality of this leather jacket was noticeable. The stitching is perfect & extremely well made. I always have problems buying clothing that fits me as I'm quite a big bloke. I expected problems with the jacket not fitting properly but my concerns were quickly dismissed. The jacket is a perfect fit, even the arm length was a perfect size. Normally when I buy a jacket in a larger size the sleeves are always several inches to long, I look like an Ape. Again, the JTS Titan jacket was perfect in every way, nice comfortable fit, perfect sleeve length. The armour plating is again perfect. It sits just were it's supposed too. CONCLUSION. If you want expert advice in respect of biker clothing, then JTS is your one stop shop. There's honestly no need to shop anywhere else. Give Lisa or Karen a call & you will get any advice you need in a polite, honest & accurate way. The jacket is extremely well made & of the highest quality. The aroma of high quality leather is there the second that you open the parcel. The jacket is superior to other brands found on some auction sites. Please give this jacket some consideration. You won't be disappointed. Nick"

"I very rarely leave reviews. Like many people I get fed up with receiving several requests each week to do so. I only leave a review if anything is exceptionally good - or bad. In this case, everything was perfect. And I do mean perfect. The quality of the leather jacket is great - it is almost impossible to get the size I need in anything, but JTS had it. The price was excellent - especially for the quality received. But the service was even more outstanding because in this day and age it comes as a very pleasant surprise to get looked after this well. My initial enquiry by phone was dealt with by a very helpful and patient lady who assured me that it would be no trouble to exchange the jacket if needed, or even return for a refund. I did need to exchange for a larger size - a pre-paid return label was included in the box to enable this. Joanne phoned to confirm when it had been returned and advised me when the replacement would be sent. All went to plan. All I can say is "thank you very much" to JTS for their superb product and service. Thank you for being so different to most suppliers."

"Excellent service AAA+. Rang to see if larger jacket was in stock as previous order a bit snug, very nice lady on phone checked and it was. Placed order which is very easy and quick on their site jacket arrived next day. Perfect fit will definitely be using again. "

"Great Jacket, Very good quality leather, soft and supple. Stitching looks very good and made to last. Armoured where needed, even a back protector. Sizing, I'm a 54" chest but purchased a 56" and this is a snug fit using the summer zip. Overall 100% satisfaction."

"This is 3rd jacket from JTS and I am every bit as impressed with this as I am the other 2. If I were to be picky I would say they tend to come up a bit on the smaller side (ordered 2 sizes to be sure). Also I am a big chap and needed a size 10xl and for such a big coat the pockets aren't as big as would be expected. I have found it very warm and as yet not needed to have the thermal lining fitted but it does fit quite nicely when it is going to be needed. First class and very helpful company who have exceeded the level of customer care that I have received from 3 local well known walk in stores."
