"JTS Cool Ryder AAA Stretch Motorcycle Jeans - Comfortable but let down by poor delivery and customer service I bought the JTS Cool Ryder AAA Stretch Motorcycle Jeans hoping for a solid pair of protective riding jeans that still look and feel like regular denim. Overall, they deliver reasonably well on comfort and protection for the price. The positives: They feel genuinely comfortable for all-day wear, with good stretch in the fabric that makes them flexible on and off the bike. The AAA rating gives decent peace of mind for abrasion resistance, and the Level 2 hip and knee armour is included. Fit is generally good (I’d recommend checking their sizing guide carefully, as with most motorcycle jeans). The downsides: Even after adjusting the knee armour pockets as much as possible, the knee pads still sit a little low for me. This is a common enough complaint with some riding jeans, but it’s noticeable and reduces the protection exactly where you need it most in a slide. The bigger issue for me was the delivery. When I placed the order, I specifically requested delivery on a Monday because I wouldn’t be in over the weekend. Despite this, the jeans arrived on Saturday, forcing me to cancel my plans and stay in for the package. I emailed JTS customer service about the delivery mishap and not even an acknowledgement. That lack of basic courtesy is really disappointing and makes me hesitant to buy from them again. Verdict: The Cool Ryder jeans are comfortable, reasonably priced stretch denim with proper AAA protection, and they’d probably suit a lot of riders. However, the adjustable knee armour could be better positioned, and the poor communication around delivery plus zero reply to my email leaves a bad taste. If you order, double-check delivery options carefully and be prepared that customer service might not be very responsive. Would I buy again? Probably not, unless their service improves."

We dispatched your order on a next working day service on Friday (as requested) but DPD decided to send this out to deliver on Saturday. DPD always provide a link on the tracking where you can request for it to be delivered the next working day, to a neighbour, safe place etc. We always respond promtly to emails from customers, we have checked and the email you sent unfortuantlety went into a spam folder. This is a rare occurance, but we are also available on the phone to deal with any issues. Please check our reviews on here and also on google as we pride ourselves in providing outstanding customer service. The jeans you ordered are a long fit, so if the pads are sitting too low, then this suggests a regular fit may have been better. We hope this clears up any concerns you had, but if you require any further assistance, please let us know."

"Unfortunately after trying two different sizes had to send back for a refund. Even with the larger size the legs were so tight it made it hard work to get them on and off. Really uncomfortable (for me anyway, and I'm not a big bloke) in a seated position. I expected better for the price. They're not a fashion item, they're supposed to be for safety, first and foremost."

"Good jeans but skinny fit might have to go next size up hopefully I will be able lift my leg up with the next size or just get a scooter "
