"Never had a richa axel jacket brand before, so the jacket is very snug fit warm and waterproof, the waist adjustable is a good thing to have I love the design including the hiviz parts which help riding in the dark, the zip and velcro adjustable strap helps stop the wind blowing up the arms overall great jacket, although the took a long time to arrive instock through not fault off jts kept me updated as to when it was stock, staff are very helpful and understanding will keep ordering from jts 100%."

"The low rating is not due to the service I had from telephone conversation with JTS themselves but with the updating of stock on their website. As the Jacket I ordered was not in stock so this on was sent as an alternative. On trying it on found it to be too short in length and not big enough, also did not like the quality of it for the price difference of £66.00 more. I have returned it and awaiting a refund. I will try to re-order the one I wanted originally, when I get the refund and they have it in stock. "
