Premium-leather, self-contained road airbag for V-Twin, touring, commuting and weekend riding. Wear it over or under a jacket—no tethers, no bike-mounted sensors.

- Autonomous, AI-driven protection: 6 integrated sensors (3 accelerometers, 3 gyros) and a crash-detection algorithm refined on millions of km of data.
- Rapid deployment & “first-impact” capable: Arms via magnetic zip; inflates in milliseconds to help reduce up to 95% of impact energy across chest/back (validated in Dolomiticert “first-impact” tests at 25–63 km/h).
- Over/under-jacket versatility: Works with Tech-Air® Ready or standard leather/textile jackets (allow space for inflation).
- Weather-ready electronics: Waterproof ECU/electronics inside a water-resistant chassis; operating range −20 °C to +40 °C.
- All-day practicality: 40-hour battery, ~4-hour full charge (≈8–10 h from a ~1 h top-up); LED status, haptic alerts, Bluetooth 5.0 to the Tech-Air® app (status, battery, ride logging, updates).
- Packable & usable: Folds into a backpack/pannier; elasticated side panels for expansion; sunglasses pocket, glove waist loop, 2 zipped hand pockets, 2 zipped chest pockets, inner pocket; customisable panels for patches/embroidery.
Construction
- Premium softened leather main chassis with elasticated side panels for comfort and inflation volume.
- Pro Gen compact ECU in upper-back pocket; removable gas-inflator housing (left lower back), airbag and wiring for servicing.
- Replaceable inflator cartridges (dealer/Tech-Air® Service Center).
Protection & Certification
- Airbag coverage: Full chest & back.
- Certified PPE: Category II under (EU) 2016/425; tested to the relevant airbag standard EN 1621-4:2013, Level 2 impact attenuation for chest and back (minimum 5 s protection after activation).
- ECU & inflator compliance: ECU tested/CE-certified to applicable electronic/radio/electrical safety regs; inflator CE to UNI EN 16263.
- Back-protector pocket to add passive protection if desired.
Fit, Care & Notes
- Wear guidance: Ensure jacket fit allows airbag expansion when worn underneath.
- Care: Vest is not washable; wipe clean with a damp cloth (remove electronics/airbag/inflator only as per manual). Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry-clean.
