"5 stars for the service, 4 for the jeans. It’s taken me what feels like forever to find something I’m comfy in. Ended up buying 2 sizes up in a short (normally a regular) and they’re great if a tad short in the body. The real joy, other than finding something to fit, was in the service from JTS. "Unfortunately the ‘image’ doesn’t represent the jeans I received, they are not ‘high-high’ waisted and they are not ‘boot-cut’ style… they weren’t wide enough to fit over my biker boots which was what was appealing…. "These are lovely jeans and good quality, but unfortunately weren’t the right fit for my fat thighs! Next and Marks size 14-16, but the 18 was too small . No problem with return, excellent company."
