"Unfortunately the ‘image’ doesn’t represent the jeans I received, they are not ‘high-high’ waisted and they are not ‘boot-cut’ style… they weren’t wide enough to fit over my biker boots which was what was appealing…. Otherwise, the actual fit of the jeans were perfect (I ordered a size larger than my usual size), so I was upset and had to return them… customer services were very helpful and although they suggested a different style (Oxford Sofia)… I requested a full refund which I received a few days later. "

"Great customer service from JTS. My order arrived quickly. Sadly the trousers, although fabulous, didn’t fit well… and I’d order one size larger than my usual size. They had to be returned which was an easy process. My refund was quite quickly in my account."
