"The external shape is perfect but the location of the bindings is not in the right place, I had to re-drill the main visor. The photochromic tint is not tinted enough in sun mode. I had to pay a customs tax of 33 € more I am not satisfied with this purchase"

"What an outrageous discrimination against big people this is. Not only does 4xl and above carry a 10% fat tax but the high viz yellow one is not available, only thin people are allowed to be seen and safe. Fat people deserve to just wear black and get knocked off seemingly"

"Hi Neil, we're sorry to hear of your disappointment, we are also aware that Richa have decided to discontinue the hivis yellow jacket in the larger sizes, but we are releasing our own JTS jacket next season that will come in different colours and go up to those larger sizes. In regards to the 10% surcharge, this is unfortunately what the factories will charge us and other companies as for example a size 12XL will use approximately double the amount of material than a size L, so a 10% surcharge is quite minimal under the circumstances."

"The low rating is not due to the service I had from telephone conversation with JTS themselves but with the updating of stock on their website. As the Jacket I ordered was not in stock so this on was sent as an alternative. On trying it on found it to be too short in length and not big enough, also did not like the quality of it for the price difference of £66.00 more. I have returned it and awaiting a refund. I will try to re-order the one I wanted originally, when I get the refund and they have it in stock. "

"I bought a size bigger than I usually am and they were still too small to get past my thighs. Even for women who don't have thick thighs there should be some give to allow for straddling a bike. The material throughout was much thinner than expected too, I can't imagine they'd provide much more protection from road rash than my simplybe jeans"

"We're sorry that these jeans were not a good fit. We have made them with stretch in the denim so some ladies have gone down in size. Apologies that this was not the case with you. The jeans are standard denim but they are reinforced in all the impact areas with DuPont Kevlar. They also come with CE approved knee armour and they have hip armour pockets should customers chose to purchase these separately."

"I am only responding now as I recently received the gloves I had ordered. They were delivered promptly by you, but I had a friend who was going to bring them to me in South Africa. She was delayed so I just recently got the gloves. I am most disappointed! The gloves do not work any better than my existing cheap gloves. To explain: - I commute to work every day and my trip takes about 30 minutes. The temperature has been about 3 – 5 degrees centigrade and my hands are frozen by the time I arrive at work. I appreciate that I am 6000 miles away and that returning the gloves is not practical, so I will do nothing, but I do think your write-up on the gloves is wrong."

If the gloves are still new with the tags attached, then we do allow up to one year for the item to be returned so when you're friend is next over she could always return these to us when she arrives back in the UK. "Sizing all wrong, they say how to measure hand then you place a order according to there size chart then they send that size and they don't fit, not very accommodating on the returns policy, I would have had to pay. So won't buy from them again. "

"Unfortunately these jeans had hugely wide legs and quite baggy around the bottom / hips. Sent back for a refund which was done very quickly and efficiently in JTS's usual great customer service."

"Hi Paul, our apologies you weren't happy with the JTS Blaze jeans. The wideness of the Blaze is just the styling of them as some people do prefer a wider jean. We would recommend JTS Warrior jeans to you as these fit much more like normal jeans with a straight/slim leg fit. Our jeans do tend to fit on the generous side, as they have stretch denim in them, so we'd always suggest going down a waist size to what you would normally wear. Hope this has helped and thank you for the kind feedback on the customer service you have received from us."

"I brought this jacket loving the look of it but when it arrived it was black and not brown I was assured that it was brown and this batch had just been a darker brown but it’s black!!!! After having the jacket less than a month the inside lining came undone all down one sleeve, two zips broke, one pocket and the main zip. I sent it back to be repaired and jacket took 7 weeks to get back to me with a zip tag that was different to all the others and the stitching was a mess, the main zip has started to deteriorate once again but I really can not be bothered to send it back again. The padding was advertised as ce approved but the back padding is a piece of flimsy foam it’s safe to say I would never buy another product made by jts the style is great but the quality and practicality is very poor!!!!!"

The delay with having your jacket repaired was because we wanted the new zips to match the existing ones so we requested our factory to send these. We're sorry that you feel the replacement zips were not an identical match. As we requested these from our factory that produces this jacket then they should have been. We use a professional seamstress to repair or alter our garments. When fitting a new main zip, she will leave the original thread in the garment to follow the line to ensure that the new zip is stitched in centrally. The original thread can simply be pulled away by hand to look neater. Your jacket is under one year's warranty so if you are having further issues then we can get this resolved for you. There should not be a delay as before as we now have a good supply of matching zips from our factory."

JTS Cool Evo Discontinued Summer Motorcycle Gloves

"The gloves do not allow enough air flow through and after a few miles the palms of your hands get very sweaty and the inside of the gloves feel like you are gripping sandpaper. I would not recommend these."

"The first jacket was sent with a broken zip and as the jacket was shipped by my mother from the UK to me in Malta (the company would not ship abroad) it had to be returned and then the replacement re-sent. This incurred over £120 in postage and insurance. I am still unsure of the quality of the zip but the rest of the jacket is great. I would've hoped for some kind of compensation/voucher due to all the trouble caused by sending out the faulty jacket in the beginning."

Unfortunately, Malta is not a country that we ship to and the order you placed had a UK delivery address which is why we were able to fulfil it. Our garments have a year warranty so we are happy to rectify any issues, however as we do not ship to Malta then unfortunately, we were not in a position to help cover any carriage costs."

"I can't rate the trousers as I ordered a size 18 but the waist measured a crazy 28" (size 10) I wish! HOWEVER I returned them and had no problem with a refund of the item and my postage so no complaints about the company at all. 5 stars to JTS biker clothing for their fairness and efficiency."

"Extreamly disipointed, i orderd a size and when it arived it did not fit propley i removed the tags a bit to quickly, i relised you could not exchange it so i orderd the next size up only to find it is the same size with a difrent tag, I’m not paying a third time for an exchange."

"The jeans I ordered were not in stock? I received a phone call offering an alternative. An alternative item normally would be similar to what was ordered. How wrong, the jeans sent were a totally different style, different colour and were supposed to be extra short. even with rider boots with a 1 1/2" heel they dragged on the floor. To top it off the miss sold item delivered cost me delivery to return to JTS. Would I recommend this company, answer NO"

"I was disappointed as I immediately spotted that the waist button had not been fitted securely. The pockets for the knee protectors at the highest positioning left the knee pads halfway down the shins. The pockets for hip protectors were too narrow to fit normal hip pads. Luckily, the Customer Service Dept were top notch and arranged for collection and a subsequent full refund."

I'm afraid that these only come in one leg length which is regular so the knees will be positioned for that particular leg length. We really appreciate it."
