"I purchased this jacket online using a voucher. There was an issue with the free postage being offered by JTS however, following a quick phone call to them this was sorted out and the postage was refunded very quickly. This is the first time that have used JTS and as such would have no concerns using them again or recommending them to anyone else, great service."
