"The product didn't work on my phone, so I requested a refund, but they refused. I don't recommend buying from this store."

"Hi Eliseu, apologies that you feel this way but, as spoken about in our email conversation the charger does in fact work as we have tested the product here and we have given you some advice to help you ensure it is fitted correctly to your bike.
Also, as per our terms and conditions which you agreed to when you ordered, you sent this back with the outer packaging significantly damaged and we cannot accept it back in the condition it was in. No other customer would re-purchase the mount with confidence that it was a band new item and our supplier wouldn't accept it back as a new re-saleable product. "
