"Great jacket for comfort and visability - but 100% not waterproof. I bought this jacket as in Jakarta we have heavy downpours, and local jackets are poor cheap quality. This jacket proved to be the same - when it rains here I am wet to the skin, with the sleeves holding water and I can drain it our like a waterfall when I stop. Not a good product under a waterproof title"
