"Excellent attention to customer satisfaction by JTS but regrettably the replacement gloves sent had the same issue as the previous pairs, namely the the backing of the knuckle guard on the right hand glove only digs into the hand causing discomfort. It spoils what is otherwise a nice flexible dexterous glove."

"Thank you for the upgraded review. We're sorry to hear that you are still having an issue with the replacement pair that we sent. We tried these on but it is difficult to gauge without having the customer present. Although we've had a few issues, due to the volume that we have sold, many customers have been happy with these gloves so it may be that they are not right for you. In which case, perhaps it would be worth exchanging them for a different style please? We have emailed you some links of some alternative gloves that may be worth a try."
