"Service was first class. Ordered a jacket and trousers. The trousers weren’t available so they phoned me to offer an alternative. The item arrived within 3 days. The trousers were to small so sent them back for a replacement which I received with in for days of sending the back. Would highly recommend. "

"Bought the richa phantom 2 jacket.had it for 3days and the zip broke probably faulty zip returned it back with the returns label after phone call.joanne was awesome as was karen great customer service deff use again.turnaround bout a wk.used it the other day in horrendous rain done its job.up till now always had rukka thought I would try a mid range jacket great choice great value.very light and comfortable.just order size above what you are"

"What an outrageous discrimination against big people this is. Not only does 4xl and above carry a 10% fat tax but the high viz yellow one is not available, only thin people are allowed to be seen and safe. Fat people deserve to just wear black and get knocked off seemingly"

"Hi Neil, we're sorry to hear of your disappointment, we are also aware that Richa have decided to discontinue the hivis yellow jacket in the larger sizes, but we are releasing our own JTS jacket next season that will come in different colours and go up to those larger sizes. In regards to the 10% surcharge, this is unfortunately what the factories will charge us and other companies as for example a size 12XL will use approximately double the amount of material than a size L, so a 10% surcharge is quite minimal under the circumstances."

"So this is a five star review on this excellent jacket. Firstly I was served by a lovely lady at the till who spent quite a while advising on various coats and patiently allowing me to try a few on. I actually came in to buy another but they did not have my size so I tried this one. Now I am a big chap but I have to say these are sized smaller so I am glad I went in to try them on as they were for me about 3 sizes larger than I might have expected. That said once I got my size the fit was great in the body. For me as I needed a very large size the arms were a fraction longer than ideal but I think that's more about me than the sizing... The jacket comes with d30 armour that frankly feels like its not there as its well positioned and comfy. The lining is warm and goes in easy. Lots of adjustment on arms and chest so again if taking out the liner out wearing less again would not have the material flapping about. It looks smart and in the black takes a while to look dirty. I had a really budget jacket that made me sweat even in cold weather. This may not be Goretex but there was not a drop of perspiration on my 4 hour winter ride. I was warm. I have not yet had a thorough soaking but so far so good. Would not hesitate to recommend at this stage and only the test of time will fully tell but it looks good."

"I haven’t ridden in the rain yet so can’t speak about that. However, I love this jacket. A perfect fit using the site size guide and comfortable. Excellent cooling vents front and rear that do work well. Again I love this jacket and would highly recommend it to anyone. Beside the jacket the site is very easy to use and has a variety of price choices. Over the last 4 years I believe, this is the only site I use for biking clothing and have never had any issues with any of the gear. Thank you JTS"

"Excellent quality and fit. I am always impressed with Richa clothing, it is well made, a great fit and real value for money. I use Richa trousers when riding and a also have a shorter style Richa jacket. How the linings fit and can be removed in both the jackets and trouser's is well thought out and with better attention to detail than my other own brand touring jacket."
