"Warning these trousers are tiny. My daughter had already ordered them before and warned me to order a few sizes larger. I am a 16 so ordered a 20 but that was too small I needed a 22!! When I tried returning them they didn’t have the next size and wanted to charge me £10 to return them. Even though the sizing is so much smaller than advertised, they refused to even compromise on the postage. I was offered another pair 2 sizes bigger at 2 inches too short. The customer service is poor. I have written and complained but no one has bothered to respond. Very disappointed."

"We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service. We have a very good exchange service where we would have covered the cost of the swap out had you wanted to try something else. As you ordered a discontinued stock item, we're afraid that the next size up in these same trousers was not available. As you did not want to try an alternative product, we offered to collect your trousers but the courier cost for this is £10. There can be a lot of variation with the fit of motorcycle clothing which we are continually trying to improve. "
