"It’s a very nice jacket, although the zipper failed on the 3rd ride out, I’ve been told that they would get back to me about fixing the zip but they’ve failed to call me back again. I would not recommend the jacket even if it’s repaired, I assume they would use the same flimsy zip as before."

"Hi Justin. We have arranged collection of this jacket so that we can get this back here and repaired for you. Our factories use strong YKK 8V zips the same as most motorcycle brands use. Even using the best zips, occasionally as with any item, faults can occur. Apologies again that this has happened. We will try to get this resolved for you asap. Thanks."

"Very good quality, loads of useful features making it adaptable and practical while looking tidy. Zip broke after three wears, but it was replaced very quickly. Customer service was excellent. 35 years of buying cheap leathers off the market has come to an end - your jackets prove there's great quality at competitive prices - cheers!"

"I brought this jacket loving the look of it but when it arrived it was black and not brown I was assured that it was brown and this batch had just been a darker brown but it’s black!!!! After having the jacket less than a month the inside lining came undone all down one sleeve, two zips broke, one pocket and the main zip. I sent it back to be repaired and jacket took 7 weeks to get back to me with a zip tag that was different to all the others and the stitching was a mess, the main zip has started to deteriorate once again but I really can not be bothered to send it back again. The padding was advertised as ce approved but the back padding is a piece of flimsy foam it’s safe to say I would never buy another product made by jts the style is great but the quality and practicality is very poor!!!!!"

"We're very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction Anthony. We did have a batch of Leon jackets where the brown leather was very dark, almost black. The delay with having your jacket repaired was because we wanted the new zips to match the existing ones so we requested our factory to send these. We're sorry that you feel the replacement zips were not an identical match. As we requested these from our factory that produces this jacket then they should have been. We use a professional seamstress to repair or alter our garments. When fitting a new main zip, she will leave the original thread in the garment to follow the line to ensure that the new zip is stitched in centrally. The original thread can simply be pulled away by hand to look neater. Your jacket is under one year's warranty so if you are having further issues then we can get this resolved for you. There should not be a delay as before as we now have a good supply of matching zips from our factory."

"The first jacket was sent with a broken zip and as the jacket was shipped by my mother from the UK to me in Malta (the company would not ship abroad) it had to be returned and then the replacement re-sent. This incurred over £120 in postage and insurance. I am still unsure of the quality of the zip but the rest of the jacket is great. I would've hoped for some kind of compensation/voucher due to all the trouble caused by sending out the faulty jacket in the beginning."

"We're sorry that there was an issue with the zip on your first jacket. We do ship abroad but not to every country due to the costs involved. Unfortunately, Malta is not a country that we ship to and the order you placed had a UK delivery address which is why we were able to fulfil it. Our garments have a year warranty so we are happy to rectify any issues, however as we do not ship to Malta then unfortunately, we were not in a position to help cover any carriage costs."

"It just arrived. I was very excited. The good bit. Its well made and fits perfectly. I'm a work suit 38" and got this in a 40" to allow for back protection. And a fair price. Although the website does say it can have some variation in color mine came distinctly pink. As my 12 year old unkindly said "nice pink jacket Dad". I'd like a replacement that isn't pink. Watch this space for a test of customer service (I have heard its good lets see)"

"Hi Alastair, If the jacket you purchased is unworn with the tags still attached you can exchange this for another one and we can check the colouring for you, we do have more Leon jackets coming in towards the end of May/early June, which are going to be less prominent in the colouring. As stated on the website the shipments can vary and some jackets are more pronounced than others, it's very unfortunate that you have received one more pronounced than others.
I will be happy to get this sorted for you, please get in contact with the office to get this rectified for you."

"Love this jacket. It fits nicely on me but it may come up a little on the small on other people size so worth checking out the size guide before. Looks amazing and super comfortable. Delivery was on time and with no issues. If I'm picky the Velcro in the lining has a few edges that aren't the best but do the job. Well worth 4 1/2 stars but I couldn't do that."

"I ordered this Jacket on the Tuesday and it arrived on the Wednesday which is excellent service. The Jacket itself is excellent and although being new it is a little snug, (mainly due to me being a little bit cuddly, as my wife puts it) I believe it will give a little being leather. But in saying this though it is really comfortable on the motorbike."
