"postage and returns very good the boots looked well made for the cost but i had to send them back as they did not fit spoke to staff on the phone they suggested a pair that was in stock alpinestars gunner they cost more but fit my feet purfect and are a nice well made boot thanks for your help and service jim"

"Size 49, not correct, top small, impossible to fit the boots. Normally I use size 48."

"We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. Some customers have commented that these boots are a narrow fit. We did have a wide fit version available but these are currently out stock. It may be that we replace these boots with a different design. In which case we will pass your comments onto our factory so that they can take this into consideration with any new styles. "

"I take a size 12 shoe, so needed to purchase size 49, as they do come up slightly smaller. I’m pleased with the quality of this boot, easy to put on & fasten. I use these every day, had no problems, the more I use them the better they feel. I would recommend them."
