"A nice boot, the stitching came undone on the front shine part, only wore them about 12 times over 8 months. JTS advised the boots only come with a 6 month warranty."

"We're sorry to hear that you have had an issue with these boots. Unfortunately, the warranty on these is 6 months. However, as we never like to leave any customer dissatisfied, please can you email us some photographs of the problem so that we can show these to a company Director to see if there is anything that we can offer you.
Also, please are you able to tell us if you purchased these in our showroom or online. If in our showroom, do you still have a copy of your receipt please? If online, please can you provide us with your billing postcode so that we can find your account.
