"Ordered a pair of these a month ago, had an accident within a week, let's just say I've got all my skin in tact and the ambulance crew cut them off or I'd still have a pair, so yes they do what they are supposed to. Didn't have knee guards in the last pair, wishing I had! Do now. Well worth the money."

"Ordered my normal size & a size larger (short), the larger size were a better fit for me; still a bit too long but would have been workable. On trying on, seemed would be very comfortable & great you could adjust the knee protection area. Only negative in my opinion is they are too low rise so unfortunately I returned, otherwise would have kept."

"Comfy and quite a nice shape (not too butch looking!!). Little bit bigger and longer than you'd expect for size, I'm usually between a 12 and a 14 medium length, glad I went for size 12 short, but I do still need a belt because they are slightly big on waist. Haven't put them to the test on a bike (not arrived yet) but I wore them the other day to watch the TT up on the mountain, where it was very cold and windy, and they kept me warm!"

"These are definitely the best Kevlar jeans I've managed to find, great fit really comfortable. It would have been nice if they were available in extra short, as the short are still too long for me at 4' 11", however they are not too heavy weight so not too difficult to shorten."
