"Bought by email. On delivery the jacket and trousers were smaller than required. Phoned them up to tell them jacket and trousers were going to be returned. JTS discussed sizing with me and the returns process. They then phoned me about a minor issue which was resolved over the phone. Got the goods Monday at 1100hrs. The staff in JTS are great and I will buy from them now. I just wish I had known about them years ago. Thanks for a quality service."

"So first, Im 6ft11 so i got the extra tall version. Wore it today for 4 hour lesson in 1degree temp, -6 wind chill. Worn with long sleeve top and wool jumper - didnt get cold at all - toasty throughout Sleeves are more than adequate in length, plenty of sleeve to cover wrists. Body length is just right - covers backside. So many pockets you wont need panniers. Definitely recommend. 10/10"

"Got the size wrong first time but excellent customer service meant I was out in the correct size two days later. Doing the different lengths meant I could get the perfect fit. I am 6’5 with gangly arms and the long fit is perfect. The jacket has loads of pockets. Is very well made with good zips Velcro and press stud fasteners which are very secure. Totally wind proof as it should be. Haven’t tested the vents yet as it’s winter and bloody brass monkeys. Over the moon with the quality at the price - didn’t expect it to be quite as good, hoped for it but much better than I expected. I will be trying more of their stuff as I need it after this exceptionally good experience."

"Same as the extra long trouser. I have found a jacket that fits in length as well as the actual fit around waist and arms (I'm 6,6 and reasonably slim build) it does not ride up my back or arms and for warmth it's amazing. Iv been riding a upright bike lately with no screen to protect me from the wind and this jacket has kept me warm in -2 weather. I'm yet to use in the rain but I am sure it's 100% waterproof as the wind does not get through so I can not see the rain getting through. Will defo be back again if and when I need another kit for my bike. Thanks jts."
