"After some issues with Parcelforce my order finally arrived at 5.30 last night, happy to say that the jacket is perfect, very impressed with the Held brand. Thanks to Skye for getting the jacket from Germany and Big Thanks to Kelly who sorted out all the delivery issues and kept me informed as to what was going on, excellent customer service.
