"Great price, product and service from JTS. Jeans fit true to size with some extra stretch at the waist. The ability to adjust the knee armour is a fab feature so they sit in exactly the right place for max production. All round excellent purchase, would recommend and buy again without hesitation."

"Easy 5 stars! These are great, better fit and comfort than some normal jeans. I’m 6’6 and the extra long are perfect to go over my boots. Comfortable to ride in for long periods. These jeans are very well made with Kevlar stitched in. The knee pads are a good size and adjustable to suit height. I will be buying another pair just to have colour options. Great delivery from JTS too"

"I ordered 28" inch jeans in the newer version of these jeans, but had to amend my order when they weren't available and instead received the regular warrior jeans in 28" waist. They are Not 28". They are over 31" on the waist, nearly 32". I measured them myself. But trying them on told me straightaway there for someone with a much bigger waist than mine. They are also very baggy, not slim fit whatsoever. However, the shipping time was excellent, as well as the customer service when amending my order. But this is not good enough. These jeans are 4" inches too big. How is that possible, for the size to be so incorrect and yet labelled on the jeans as 28"?!! £74 down the drain and I will be getting a refund asap. "

"Been riding bikes for over 10 years, these are the best and most reasonably priced motorbike jeans I've ever bought, hard for me to find good fitting ones as have big legs but these fit perfect, customer service A+ - email response very quick and very very helpful in sizing etc"

"Hi I had a pair of your stretch jeans and loved them. I rode all the way to Mongolia and back on them and I loved how comfortable they were! I also tested their effectiveness in Croatia where I had an accident and ended up sliding 50m or more on the road and they absolutely did their job - thanks guys "

"Unlike some previous reviewers I am a shorter, stocky rider with a shorter inside leg hence my 36/28 purchase. I have extreme difficulty with the knee protection on other jeans sitting on my shin due to their generic style. These jeans however, having some positional movement, fit really well and are extremely comfortable with a generous fit, no order over-sizing required. The seller took my order via phone with ease and provided speedy delivery. This is the second piece of biker clothing I have purchased from them with full satisfaction and would recommend to others. I will use again."

"Very good kevlar pants that fits perfect despite that I am a big guy then the fitting is very good. I have not tested whether they can resist water but the stretch is very nice. The size chart was a big help. The knee paths are not perfect and could be fastened a little better to stay fixed."

"These Jeans are great because they stretch but it would be better if the leg widths were more loose. I have a bike injury which means one leg is wider than the other by about 2 inches (5cm) which means finding jeans to fit properly is a problem. Otherwise, they seem to do exactly what it says they do."

"First of all I have been looking for bike jeans for a long time as I am 6.5 bigger guy thick legs and phone up JTS and sorry forgot the womens name but she was very helpful recommended these Jean's I wasn't to keen at the start because it dose say straight legged Jean's with me having thick legs didny think they would fit good but I took the gamble and got them in my size generous in sizing and comfortable around my legs so any bigger men I would recommend these comfy and feel good thick aswell can wait to use them thanks again JTS will definitely recommend and will buy again thanks guys"

"Good value at the price. Badly-stitched button-hole at the waist; jeans immediately replaced by JTS. Good service. The knitted Kevlar seems rather thin but it's supposed to pretty near rip-proof. Very useful feature is adjustable position of the knee-pads. Previous experience suggests most bike-clothing manufacturers think our knees are four inches north of where they really are. Sizing, as JTS suggest, is generous. No need to buy a bigger size than you normally take."

"Just bought my 2 pair of these jeans. They are robust, fit well and are very comfortable. Sizing is generous, I'm normally a 38 and but 36 in these jeans is a perfect fit. They are not that water resistant but the protective lining does keep your ass dry if you sit on a wet seat."

"These jeans are very comfortable to wear on and off the bike, with sufficient length of leg that the bottoms of the jeans do no ride up over the boots. They seems well made with good quality materials but I hope not to test how good they are should I come off my bike!"

"So impressed with the first pair I reordered the same again. Very generous around the waist due to the stretch. Order a size below your norm, you may even be able to drop another. Style is good, as is the finish. Keep their shape pretty well. Got caught in a few showers and the water resistance seems to be effective. Good quality item for not a lot."

"What a fantastic pair of motorcycle trousers! Super comfortable and well protected in key areas to stop gravel rash should I ever have reason to come off my bike (fingers crossed that does not happen). I am so pleased with them that they could quite easily replace my normal set of jeans that I wear on a daily basis. Perhaps a very small bit long in terms of leg length, but when I have my boots on they are absolutely fine. As regards JTS, I must admit that I was a little bit sceptical when I saw all the rave reviews about them. But having made the leap and bought both a set of jeans, jacket and set of gloves off them, they are all true in my experience! First and foremost I am so happy to finally find a company that makes biker clothing for us ‘body mass index challenged’ folk out there. Secondly their own name brand clothing range is fabulous in my opinion. (As good, if not better, than many marquee brand clothing goods I have bought and used in the past). And lastly the staff at JTS are genuinely super friendly and knowledgeable regarding their product range. Many thanks to Toni (that’s a female and not male ‘Tony’ by the way"

"An Awesome pair of Riding Jeans... They are Shower Proof.... (but you're going to get wet in persistent rain). I found them to be a little on the big side (the write-up warned that they may be a bit of a snug fit...) this was not the case. Well worth the money. The arrived on time. A good purchase."

"Received these good quality jeans quickly purchased a extra short leg and a size down after reading other reviews unfortunately had to return as these were a gift and hubby wanted a blue pair rather than another black but this was my fault really ordering a short leg as slightly too short for a 28" leg although he was pleased with quality of them especially as no stirrup which can bunch up in boots apparently."

"Ordered my first jeans and I had to return them as the armour in my usual "regular" length was down by my shins even with adjusting. The Lady on facebook suggested I tried a short leg, so I did and weirdly they seemed to offer better protection, I've not been a short leg since I was about 6 years old mind. I kept the jeans as after a 5 minute ride they seemed ok, however it was not until my first weeks commute I realised they are too short ( chilly ankles) and the knee armour seems to always want slip into my inside leg leaving my knees exposed. They seem quality but the knee armour adjustment & position is really poor, the regular length with higher knee armour that doesnt shift about would have had me returning for a couple more pairs. 3 stars because the returns service is outstanding, and the nice lady on Facebook was 5 star and as helpful as she could be, just a shame about the jeans fitting!"

"I usually wear a 30R jean (30,32) but with the advice on here I went for a 28" waist and they fit perfectly, and there's also a little bit of stretch on the waist as well. Due to riding a sports bike I went for a long leg (33"-34") as the sitting position usually causes trousers to ride up a little, and again, they're perfect for it. As for the Kevlar abrasiveness, I can't comment on that and I hope I never find out how good or bad it is as I plan on never using these jeans for what they're designed for (just like any protective item I wear). There are CE knee protectors included with the jeans and they are adjustable in height and also completely removable. To sum them up. Great fitting jean and very comfy. They are a straight cut, not bootcut, skinny cut etc. Just remember to go down a waist size compared to what you usually go for."

"Great jeans. Never had "proper" motorcycling ones in 43 years riding. Went down one size as recommended. Shortest length (still a bit too long.... or legs too short!!) so needed knee pads at highest they will go, but one tended to slip a bit as Velcro under strain. Sewed the lining under it to hold it in correct place. Used white cotton so I can see it if I need to undo it to wash .... but I might just let the jeans get mucky :-)"

"Great quality for the price. After reading the description, I ordered a size down and perhaps could have gone down a size more. There is plenty of room in these jeans and they stretch but nothing a good pair of braces hasn't sorted out. They are also long in the leg. I'm not sure if that is because I ordered fat knacker size but I had to take them up a bit. It also put the knee armour a bit out of place but nothing I couldn't adjust with the Velcro strips inside. Great service as usual from JTS and a free pen. Ta."

"Great standard bike jeans, They are not too stylish if you just want a pair of bike jeans that actually look like standard jeans. Delivered quickly with no issues. Would recommend going down a size to your standard waist size, as the waist is slightly elastic so gives a little. Excellent as they are available in different lengths. Great price given you can pay much more for what would be the same amount of protection. RECOMMENDED."

"Good quality product with ample Kevlar in the appropriate places. Comfortable jean that has a material with some stretch making extremely comfortable to wear on the bike. Order normal size you wear and you’ll be fine. Leg length is generous so I’m normally a 30” inside leg. These come up perfect. Would thoroughly recommend."

"I love the stretch in them as I struggle to find jeans that fit my thighs and calves without being 4 numbers too big in the waist. If you are in good shape and big. These are a perfect fit. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that the mesh is a bit flimsy and can rip a little when taking them off. But not serious problem if you are just careful. And the knee protector could be better and Id like a hip protector. I would be happy to pay a bit more and get those upgrades with it. Other than that. They are 100% recomendable and perfect for commuting to work. Not too hot to ride in for a long perion either. And very comfy."

"Nothing to dislike, fit well - I actually went down a size as they have elasticated waste but everyone is different. Look good hard to tell you have kneepads in. Already been asked by a couple of bikers where I got them from. I like them and have nothing bad to say, really comfy when on the bike. Good stuff."

"I'm very pleased with these jeans. They fit well and are very comfy. The knee armour that comes with them is not great, so I bought the "Ultimate protection" knee and hip armour, which is much nicer to wear. Maybe JTS could sell these jeans with the better armour fitted as standard?"

"Delivery of these jeans was prompt as is usual from JTS excellent service. Once again the fit is great with short leg length and enough stretch to make these very comfortable to wear. I don't know how they will last or how they repel water yet as I've not had them long. The only reason I have not given five stars is there is too much movement in the knee armour and it moves around when riding"

"Excellent service and very good jeans, look great and water repellency works perfect for showers and gives you enough time in a downpour to not get drenched whilst putting on over trousers. Sizing is a good slim fit which means they look great but if you are like me and a 34” waist but with rugby thighs I would recommend sticking to your true size (not going down a size) as they get a little tight around the groin when sat down. Hip pockets are great and with the slim fit hold them in place so they don’t flap around. Knee armour, like all jeans never seem to sit properly for me but good enough if you don’t have knee armour socks to hold them in place. I use to buy RST jeans but will be sticking with these in the future but not buying a size down with my thighs :) Good dark blue colour and feel well built. Regular length is just right for me with a 29” inside leg."

"Haven't worn them on the bike yet, but for me these are perfect. Being a little vertically challenged and a bit of a beer belly drinking type, the extra short legs, 38 inch waist and being stretchy are probably the best fitting jeans I have bought. The armour is never going to be as good as racing leather type protection but feels reassuring with the knee pads slightly vertical adjusting which again suits me greatly and the added water resistant denim is a bonus. All in all and considering trying similar male model type fitting armoured jeans of which I believe there are sizes of the cost was nearly half..."

"Purchased a pair today. Very friendly staff. Rated at 5 stars for fit. Tried lots of different brands but these fit the best. The denim thickness is like normal jeans and not thick. Kevlar in the right places and knee armour positioning is adjustable. Wearing Jeans is a compromise compared to leather but in hot weather comfort is preferred. Like the fact they have two belt loops in centre of your back. I upgraded the armour in the knees and hips. I purchased a size smaller. Trust the reviews! It is worth a ride out to the store to checkout the other stock."

"I am a little disappointed with these jeans not as thick as the last Kevlar jeans I bought from JTS. They are like normal denim jeans with some armour in the knees. I have bought several items from JTS and been very happy with them and the customer service but these are a bit of a let down."

The thickness of the denim is similar to what you would find in normal jeans but the thickness of the Kevlar itself will be the same as any previous jeans that we have produced. The denim in the Warrior jeans has quite a bit of stretch in it so this may explain why you have noticed a difference from previous styles. We have found having the stretch in the denim very popular as customers are finding these more comfortable to wear."

"Bought these jeans for my hubby and got the 34" waist which is his normal size and they fitted brilliantly. Initially I bought the Richa jeans in a 34" but they were too tight so I returned them and got a refund without any problem. JTS customer service is really good."

"Just taken delivery of my second pair of these jeans and they fit a good as the first pair so i have black and dark blue, i am blown away as i need a short fit in the leg and i almost always have to shorten jeans even in short fit but these are truly a short leg and fit perfectly without altering These are water resistant jeans not waterproof, big difference for those that cant read, if you want waterproof stop being a cheap skate and buy £400 plus Gortex Textiles, i use these for everyday riding and carry a pair of £30 over trousers in a stuff bag, these will see off a good shower on their own and are damn comfortable. JTS jeans are super fit jeans and I will never buy any other brand, top job fella's, my only comment is the JTS label sawn into the back waste band was not stitched well and very scratchy but just removed it and job done. Five Stars"

"Got these based on the great reviews, ordered a size down from my normal (but forgetting I've lost a bit off weight) so needed next size down. Great service from the guys at JTS so easy to arrange replacement, got new pair within 2 days. They fit great, very comfy, and even with the extra hip protection in (great D3O protectors bought desperately) they look like normal jeans... I've had worse fitting Levi's. Was tempted to buy a 2nd pair in Jet Black in the Black Friday Sale, but they haven't got my new size :( , maybe I'll lose some more weight and a few inches and get the next size down (can i still have them at sale price, for writing such a glowing review? Please). Anyway yet to test the weather resistance but can tell these are a quality product have no doubt they will do the job, as described."

"Don't be fooled into thinking you can out in the rain wearing these, they are about as water resistant as my grandma's mop. Bought some hip armour too which was an extra purchase on top, they sit more like on the side of my thighs not my hips, very strange and absolutely useless. Would I buy a pair of these jeans again, the answer to that is a big fat No. The only good point about the jeans is that their comfortable but that cost me £99.99 for that privilege."

If you are out during a heavier down pour then the water will eventually soak through. Apologies that the hips are not positioned where you need them to be. I actually have a backside for the first time in years, not looking like i am wearing nappy with a saggy ass. "Yup, as others have said. Look like decent street jeans - a good thing. Protection seems correct in theory and positioned properly. Stretch is a real bonus for comfort, and allows leeway in sizing (I'm usually a 32 short, and the 30 short fits very well. Others have commented on needing higher waist at the back. I sort of agree but really the issue is almost too much stretch in the material in the waistband: I'm keeping in place using quite robust belt. With that work-around, I'm happy to recommend. Service great: friendly, efficient, will use again."

"Excellent fit around waist and leg (true to sizing and short leg is perfect for 29" inside leg). Great style jean with slim cut to it so not baggy and flapping around. Without the armour could easily pass for a normal pair of Jeans. Yet to get wet to test water resistance."

"Just been out, dry weather. Testing these jeans, accompanied with a pair of TCX square sport w/p boots. These boots fit like a pair of slippers . Wow ---- jeans extremely comfortable. Am a size 34" waist, 29" leg. Bought 32" short, leg, good fit, deep pockets. Boots size 43, if you lace these up one eyelet up from the tongue, there is no probs with the velcro fastening! Rode out 2 hrs. Had a walk round 1hr @ motorcycle shop with a brew, rode home. 2hrs Wrote this review in my garage. While having a beer very pleased with my purchase, Thanks again to JTS team for their advise & prompt delivery"

"Brilliant jeans. I am 6"4 and really struggle to find jeans that are long enough however the extra long leg in these is perfect for me. They do not ride up at all when on the bike. They have a nice stretch to them as well so very comfy. Like previous reviews suggest go a size down. Im usually a 34 inch waist however they were too baggy so had to swap for a 32 which are spot on. Really easy to arrange the swap as well. My first purchase from JTS and really impressed. WIll definitely buy another set of these when the time comes. Cheers."

"Hi, I've only tried them on after receiving them, but they fit really well, and I can tell they're going to be fine. Glad I followed up another reviewers suggestion to get one size down as I'm a 34, but got a 32 waist, and now have to agree with something else written that the waist top could be a little higher, glad I have a good belt. Lastely I ordered light blue and they are a little darker to photo on their website, but hey after a few washers, it won't matter. All in all I'm very happy, great value, well made and great communication from JTS. I bought hip pads and they fit nicely into pockets either side provided."

"Ordered usual jean size and could probably have gone down a size because of the generous fit. The jeans also come up a bit on the long side despite ordering a short size but I've quickly found that this compensates for the jeans riding up your legs when you're on the bike so happy to live with the extra length! Jeans are very comfortable on the bike. I went for the optional hip armour as well and feel infinitely more protected than I did wearing normal jeans. Prompt delivery from JTS and will be buying from them again"

"I ordered my normal size but they didn't fit the best so went a size up and they're great! Really soft to touch and comfortable to wear. Got rained on the first trip out. It was only a shower but the water resistance worked well. Stretchy is good, as it stops anything digging into you when sat on the bike. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is that the waist line could be a little higher."

"The quality and look of product is perfect. Size of my casual jeans is 34/38. To be totally satisfied I would need like 5 - 10 cm longer. Also, they are quite tight, but that's not so big problem. Shame the extra long is not long enough for me, I wanted to buy more models :("

"Good: They fit well and the stretch denim is very comfortable. Sizing is accurate. Good value for money. Not so good: The adjustment for the knee armour in the XS size has plenty of downward adjustment but needs another 1 or 2 inches of upward adjustment to clear my knee cap, this means the armour rubs against my knee when walking which is uncomfortable. I'm going to see if I can get them altered locally."

The jeans have a nice soft feel yet seem strong, I had the extra long length which are much longer than other brands I have tried and the stretch denim makes for a comfortable fit. The jeans are lined which add to the comfort but be careful taking them off as I find a catch my heel in the lining."

"Currently trying to kick the World of Warcraft habit and get myself a life. Got myself back on the road with a 95 kawasakii zx6r. Bit more power than the 350 ypvs I had when last on the road, but then there is considerably more of me to cart around these days. Alnwick in Northumberland seems to have more motorcycle gear in its charity shops than any other town I know, and combined with Aldi's range of biker kit I was pretty much sorted.... Except for trews. So i ordered some JTS kit. they were too long, I know I have long legs but JTS long is longer than my long. They also did a good job of cutting me in half, more due to my wishful thinking than JTS size guide I must admit. I took advantage of their quite neat order again and return setup. The replacements arrived and are performing well although the legs were still long. I cheerfully snipped a couple of CM off the bottom, after all the bottoms will be tucked into the boots unless I am in an ambulance or I have pulled. Either way I won't care. They look the biz, the pouches for the knee pads are cool and my mum has promised to pay for them. Result! (mind you .. I am 57, mum is 90 and I think she has forgotten the promise)"

"I'm really happy with these jeans. I have only ever worn leathers before and I was worried about comfort and the lack of that protected feeling. I need not have worried as they are excellent and I could not be happier. Knee protecting can be adjusted to suit and the pockets are really deep so no losing anything. Highly recommended."

"I had been thinking about buying some bike jeans for a while but was always put off by poor fit and the fact that most bike jeans seem to be too bulky. I was therefore extremely pleased when I received these and, although they are reassuringly heavy, they are not bulky and fit very well (one size below normal as recommended). The really nice thing about these jeans as they do a very passable impression of just being ordinary fashion jeans which can comfortably be worn on and off the bike. The only minor negative that I would mention is that I find the knee armour a little uncomfortable but, a small price to pay for the extra protection. "They are waterproof as I've rode them in heavy weather a few times now. The pockets of the pads are slightly thin and may not last as long as the jeans themselves. They are a size short, I'm 36" waist but ordered 34" and they fit me perfectly. They're an excellent material of jeans as they're stretchy and I'll definitely be ordering another pair when pay day comes around again. They look like normal jeans too which is a plus as don't want to be changing every time I go to the office."

"I've had these for a few months now and am very impressed - they are a slim fit jean which look the most like 'normal' jeans of any motorcycle jeans I have had or have tried on. They are not the most protective but they are not bulky and are comfortable on or off the bike and there is at least some protection. They survived a 30 minute downpour and although there was a little dampness beginning to get in it was a pretty impressive performance for a jean. As others have said you need at least a size smaller than normal. I'd definately buy another pair."

"Ordered size smaller on advice from JTS salesman and he was spot on. Could maybe have got away with even smaller as need to wear belt ! Very wind resistant and comfortable but haven't worn in heavy rain yet so can't comment on how water "resistant" they are. Great value and quality and you wouldn't know they were motorcycle jeans bar the knee pads. Will buy again."

"Nice jeans. Some years ago my waist size went from M to L to XL and finally to FB so I often find myself ordering a size up when I buy bike kit. Not these, just use your normal size. They are very stretchy and feel very like normal jeans apart from the knee armour. Maybe not as protective as my old Hood pair but much more comfortable and cooler."

"We ordered a pair each for wife & I. 3 days delivery. The waist size is very generous, yes we did order a size up to get the leg length, but I don't think this was necessary. They both fit & feel great. The knee armour is adjustable by quite some margin, wish I had remmebered to add the hip armour onto the order."

"Good Jeans, although my first so difficult to compare. However, the reason they are my first is that getting jeans to fit me is a challenge due to my shape. 42inch waist and 29 inch inside leg. The short leg (30 inch) does not need to be adjusted, which is great. The waste actually fits over size, which is unusual. I suggest that if you are looking to buy these jeans, certainly in the larger waist sizes, you buy a size smaller than normal. While I can wear the 42/short, I need a belt to keep them up. I have also purchased the 40/short and they fit perfectly, even with thin CE armour in the hips (not supplied). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase."

"Ordered these early May for a road trip and have to say they are excellent. Light water runs off and being able to adjust the knee pads is a great bonus, getting them to where you need them. Extremely comfy with a bit of stretch, more like a normal pair of jeans not too baggy nice fit. Would recommend."
