"The quality of this jacket is fantastic. It has a good weight to it as well as being very stylish and good value for money. I would've given ot 5 stars had it fitted. I'm a size 20 and ordered a size 24 so I had a bit of room for a jumper underneath as these things usually come up a bit small. I looked great undone but was a good few inches from doing up. I had to go for a refund as it was the biggest size. Really disappointed that it didn't fit. It arrived quickly and their customer service was very good and fast to issue the refund. It was free and easy to send back."

"Bought this jacket for my wife. It is an excellent quality jacket and well worth the price. If I had one minor issue with the jacket its that it could do with slightly more flare at the hips, it is a very snug fit there but the next size up would have been too baggy in the chest and shoulders. It even comes with a returns label in case it doesnt fit which is a rarity these days! Service online or in person is brilliant and i highly recommend them."

"The jacket is great! Very good quality, looks exaclty as expected and shown. The only problem I had with it was the sizing, but that is not a manufacturer's problem, best to order at least 2 sizes up from what normally worn! Great product, would definitely recommend!"
