"Best Jacket ever!! So glad though, that I took your advice with sizing. These jackets definitely are on the small size, but when you get the size for you? Very comfortable. And look good too. Must thank JTS. They got me biking after a few years of feeling too self conscious. Would recommend 100% every time. And thanks to my good friend, Lou who bought from them and pointed me in the right direction!"

"Very comfortable and stylish jacket , sometimes find it hard to get feminine ish bike gear in bigger sizes and not boxy and masculine . Love the blue on the arms and back and there are loads of useful pockets inside and out . Padded liner that can be taken in and out dependent on the weather . Back ,shoulder and elbow armour included. This jacket lost a point because the zips on the sleeves dont push down and stay in place they are plastic and the zips gradually come down and open the cuffs wide allowing draft . Apart from that great , comfortable jacket. "

"I would like to say what fantastic service i received on Saturday, it was well worth the drive from Stoke. The young girl & gent could not do enough, she made me feel comfortable due to requiring a big size and that was really important to me. Also such a welcome with a cuppa we couldn't have asked for any more. Please pass on my gratitude. Now i can ride pillion feeling that little bit safer."

"Being on the curvier side, I was struggling to find the right jacket. The men's were far to long in thr arms and shoulders and the womens rarely went up to my size so i decided to make the trip to JTS so try some there. I found this jacket which fitted perfectly. The sizes were well off though, at that time I was a size 22/24 and had to buy a size 30 for it to fit. I can forgive a size either way but 3-4 sizes isn't great. I will say though, despite the jacket sizes, it fits great in all the right places :)"

"Fast delivery. Need to sort out measurements as having to buy 2 sizes larger is ridiculous. Jacket seems well made sleeves bit long and velcro would allow better adjustment at wrist than popper fasteners. Time will tell as to how waterproof it is. Like the fact it has pockets in both jacket liner and thermal liner"

"Does what it says on the tin. A ladies jacket that fits where it should. Ordered a size bigger than I usually have and it fits very well; expander zips at hips provide extra comfort. The shoulders are a little big & sleeves a little too long for me but workable. Wore this all day to the recent RTTW & found it very comfortable; wet & windy on ride home but I was warm & dry. Would recommend."

"Nice jacket but sizing is not very generous. I ended up ordering a size way bigger than what my actual dress size is. Sent first jacket back but you have to order and pay for replacement until your returned items are processed then you get your refund."

"Hi Tara, Thanks for your feedback. The Roxy jacket does come up quite small in the larger sizes it has been recently noticed. I am hoping this feedback will help to point poeple in the right direction of ordering a least a couple of sizes bigger than what they would usualy wear. Regarding your exchange there is another way of doing it without paying for another jacket. In future you can just send the jacket back to us and ask us to exchange it once recieved here. This takes slightly longer but means you do not have to outlay your money twice. Hope this helps and thanks once again :-) "

"At last! A jacket that realises a large bust doesn't mean you have 6ft long arms! I bought one size up and it's a perfect fit. Nice sized pockets and the protectors are in exactly the right place. The lady on the phone was also brilliant. She had excellent knowledge of the true sizing of various jackets and offered to measure some to ensure I'd get the right size. A fab jacket and brilliant service."
