"Having now used more features of this jacket, I thought I should update my review! I came off my CBR at the end of last week and beyond dented pride and a forever empty wallet, I have nothing but good words to say for this kit! The Jacket has faired pretty well. One sleeve is fairly shredded from tarmac time, but it's not all dead (as in needs replacing but could have handled more tarmac skidding time). I've come away without any bruises or scratches, the padding and protection really is in all the right places with this jacket. The rain over the last few weeks stayed out well too, even with all the vents on the jacket, none of the zips leaked. So yay, another bonus! I'll purchase again (when I have the bike fixed and enough money to get back on the road with all the good kit). Highly recommend."

"Held Antaris Textile Motorcycle Jacket Art 6524 I struggled to find a review of this jacket before I bought it. So I thought I should write something up and hopefully this will help someone else. The function, comfort and fit: Well, I haven't fallen off my bike yet with it on, so I can't say much for the practical application of the protection of the jacket. However, I can comment on the reassurances the jacket gives you. To start with, this doesn't feel like a cheap or thin protective jacket. It feels like it’s going to go a long way to protecting that handy skin on your upper body. The shoulder and elbow protectors feel decent and cup the appropriate limbs nicely for a comforting and somewhat reassuring hug from the jacket. I'm a pretty small guy, so really struggle to find good jackets that fit as they should, so I was somewhat concerned with how bulky/wide the sleeves would be. I needn’t have worried, the Velcro straps sewn into the outside of the sleeves actually work and make the jacket hug you that bit more if necessary. So for me, pulling those straps in helped pull the elbow pads into exactly the right position. There's Velcro waist straps too to pull in a little if you need to. Each wrist has a zip running down the inside of the sleeve (in the outer material), presumably for fitting gloves easier, but I like it for letting in air in the summer. You can also tighten the wrists slightly with the small Velcro straps on the outside of the wrists. (N.B on fit, I'm 5ft 7", wear a 36" suit and bought XS, Poifect) The thermal lining is detachable, with pockets on the removable lining and also the internals of the jacket. Horahh, at last! A company that doesn’t think you only carry a wallet and phone in winter! The Looks (white and black styling in my case): I think it’s pretty nice. It’s fairly plain and simple. Enough white and a couple of reflective bits for night riding and enough black to still look like a wanabee cool kid. Overall, I love the jacket (so far), and I don't see any major issues that could appear. The jacket seems great quality with good materials and mighty fine stitching. So a great buy. Previously I've owned Spada and Richa Jackets as that’s what I can get in my local(ish) area (I definitely wouldn't purchase from either company again, the quality just disappoints me). However, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase Held products again, especially from JTS. That brings me on nicely to... The customer Service: Largely these days, I find it hard to get straight answers or advice to straight questions and find helpful sales and customer service staff that aren't just miserable or worried about commission. So, I highly recommend JTS, they advised me on size, based on information they gave me (and have a great returns/swap policy if/when things don't fit). They also clarified my delivery date for me when I got my weeks confused. All with a smile by email, no hassle, no fuss, just answers to questions. What more could you want? Delivery was by DPD also, which is currently by far my preferred courier. I could probably write a good few paragraphs about why DPD is best at the moment, but that would somewhat be off topic, so, just go with, use DPD. I have a couple of other products on my list for when I have the pennies for them, and now, I'll come to JTS first before looking elsewhere. (Buy for safety quality, not for price)"
