The Oxford ChillOut range of accessories provide an effective barrier against windchill. At just 24mph in a true ambient air temperature of zero degrees, wind chill can feel as low as -16 degrees!
The all-new ChillOut range of Oxford accessories combat this using the very latest in material technology to keep riders warm and comfortable in such extreme conditions. They are also water-resistant and have an insulating fleece lining.
