Notes:
There are four mandatory tests for rating each boot, and each section will have a specific score. For example, if the label inside the boot shows 2 2 2 2, it means the boot has an overall level 2 rating, offering the highest protection. If the label reads 1 2 2 2, the overall rating is level 1, due to the height of the boot. These are the tests these ratings refer to:
- Height of Upper
- Impact abrasion resistance of the upper
- Impact cut resistance of the upper
- Transverse rigidity of the whole footwear
