HOW TO ORDER JTS PRODUCTS

Please check our list of dealers. It is recommended that you call first to check the items are in stock. If the item is not available at that location they might order it for you.

Alternatively you can order directly from us. The postage charge is £10 (we can usually send approx 6 items for this price). We will try to send your order out the same day so you should receive it within 24 hours. Make sure that you provide an address where your parcel can be signed for. If the parcel has to be re-delivered or re-directed to another address then we may have to charge extra for this service. Please provide a daytime number in case we need to call you.

JTS FACTORY SHOP / SPECIAL OFFERS

These are discontinued styles which are only available from our factory shop. If you would like to order something then either order online, call 01530 812121 or e-mail your request to us.

LARGER SIZES

In most of our styles we offer an extensive size range and will charge extra for the larger sizes. The amount is usually no more than £10, but please call for a quote.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with the item(s) sent then please send it back. Please ensure that the items are returned with 28 days of purchase. The cost of the item(s) will be refunded but not the postage charge. If you would like a different size than we will be happy to exchange it for you, with the additional postage charge.

When returning the items please fill in the returns form provided. We will contact you when we have received the goods.
