I had previously bought a JTS Mash jacket via the internet from you and was so impress by the quality of service and size range, plus the none judgemental approach to customer service that I decided to buy some trousers.
Well as I hinted at in my original posting too many steak pies & pints of ale have gone past my lips & ended up on the Hips + every where else. So when the opportunity came along to be working in the area I decided to call into the shop & chance my arm. So pleased I did, decided on what range of trousers to chose from and was sent off to the changing rooms like a good little boy & came back with a huge smile. Second pair on fitted perfectly and when you are shall we say vertically challenged and measure as much around as you do in Height, you have no how idea how great it feels to get some thing to fit.
Some of best service I have ever come across & I work in a service industry, a lot more need to strive to match you all in JTS...
PS the Mash jacket now I have worn it for a while and it is Five stars from me.
